Chase Bank in Springfield, Illinois

My family came in to open an account. The greeter was very nice. The personal banker on the other hand was not. He act as if he didn't want to assist us. He didnt even greet us with his name. He and his counterpart came up with an excuse for why they couldn't open the account. A complete waste of time.

Chase is using our money to destroy our future. The financing they provide is a major reason that fossil fuel companies keep drilling. There are other, more responsible banks to use.

Chase is the 1 bank funding the fossil fuel industry, nearly 270 billion a year. The extraction and burning of fossil fuels releases greenhouse gases into the environment that act like a heat-trapping blanket into the atmosphere. We are breaking temperature records all the time, our oceans are getting warmer, or sea ice is melting. Chase needs to take the climate crisis seriously and stopthemoneypipeline!

Drove 2 hours to cash a check draw off there bank. They said sure no problem, stamped the check, and then on top of two forms of ID asked for a 3rd. Then told me that my driver's license was not real and they couldn't help me. So now I have a stamped check, that looks like they already cashed it, and drove 2 hours for them to say can't help you sorry. Justin informed me he was a new teller and sorry. They were looking at the wrong Id for the state my DL is out of. Would never bank with Chase again, waste of time.

I like chase the people in the store off of interstate 72 near the old kmart are very nice
