Chase Bank in St. Charles, Illinois

Chase is always good to small businesses and their day to day activity. Unless you're bringing in millions they won't be courtios to extend financial help. I've been with Chase since 2000, when we needed help in beginning they didn't give any, 20 years later they offered my business a 25,000 credit card.

I've been banking with Chase for three years and never had one bad experience until visiting this branch this past week. I sat down with a chase employee to close one of my three accounts he made a very disrespectful comment with no basis I don't appreciate him making assumptions about what I do with my money. I am now considering closing my other two accounts and banking elsewhere. I've also submitted a complaint with corporate. Maybe in the future he will learn to keep his unnecessary opinions to himself.

I feel that they close to early during the week

Great branch and great staff here. I'm not sure why some are giving them negative reviews? I always enjoy coming here, from chatting with the staff to getting my business transactions accomplished quickly. Unfortunately I am bad with names, but I especially enjoy the female teller manager dark hair, middle age, and I know she barely uses her vacation time because she cares about the branch and wants to make sure things run at full efficiency. Also the Chase Private Client associate. Great guy, always fun to talk with and wants to help however he can. I know he exercises with a bunch of girls at orange therapy though, but I still like him. Overall, I own multiple successful businesses and am always confident coming here to get things accomplished.

My favorite chase branch to frequent.

My sister and I just lost our father. We sat in the lobby here for almost an hour with 4 children. Then finally got to speak with someone. We were just there looking to try to get some assistance with affidavit paperwork because we are young and clearly have never done this before.. The clerk Harshana was her name was rude, unhelpful, and insulting by telling us how our process could have been easier if our father would have put one of us as a beneficiary. Useless information, as its obviously, too late for that. Terrible service all around. I'm glad my sister and I don't bank here usually.
