Judith is great .She is super friendly and always has a smile. She really helped me with getting an incident sorted out and she was compassionate through it all. The location is always clean and comfortable. Everyone is friendly and the service is quick and efficient.

I'm not one to write reviews but these girls are great. I wasn't sure about doing a title loan but Tera did an excellent job of explaining how it works and how to save money. I feel very comfortable and at ease now that I went in there. I even got my money the same day within 30 minutes! Thank you to Andrea and the girls. You all are awesome! Great location too

If I can give more stars I would! Their staff is great! I usually go to Judith, she is always very attentive and accommodating and does it with a smile. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Went to cash my check the lady was super rude even got sassy and told me next time I can take it to the bank. I also asked about if they are keeping the ink pens and tables sanitized, there were two employees and she said she can't because she couldn't leave from the back area. Mind you there were two employees. Advise cash your check only with the male employee he is polite. And do not touch ink pens or tables there not being cleaned through out the day. Poor service on the female employees part. Will not cash my check there ever again!!!

Called and asked specifically if they did cashier's checks. The lady said yes. Drove all the way overthere only for them to tell me they don't do cashier's checks

I needed some cash about a month ago and stopped in this place. One of their associates, Arizbey, helped me navigate through the documents I needed to gather, and explained every aspect of a loan in terms I could easily understand. She worked with me and got me the cash I needed at a super low interest rate. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend!!!

Will never understand how some folks give 5-star reviews to ripoff artists and unethical businesses. This place is a total scam! I went there to do a Western Union Pay-In-the-Store transaction and the teller had no idea what it was and had to ask her boss. The boss started processing the transaction but then told me there would be "a 5 processing fee" on top of the Western Union fees. That is illegal, and WU Corporate was very unhappy when I told them about it. This entire chain of scam artists should be shut down now!

Cost me almost 13 bucks to cash a 400 check... Seriously? Rip off! They didn't even tell me that! Lost me as a customer for sure!

Very rude manager. I paid my title loan off in March of 2020. I did not get the release of my title till November. Plus I have to go get it myself instead of it being sent to me. I currently have another loan with them and the manager has been absolutely awful to deal with. She is extremely rude. I will never deal with them again if I ever get this loan paid off.

I recently went in to break one of my larger bills when the only employee simply stated that she can't do it so I ask her if this was a check cashing place she said yes I even offered to buy a money order and she still did not want to deal with my business....Next time just say your closed.

We were in need of a quick loan. nothin seriously. Donna was very professional laid out all out options was happy to help us with a small 700 loan. she explained the terms of the contract throughly thankfully Check smart was here to help us out. atleast till Friday [[transfering to new apt in our duplex. we thought we could continue to do split payments like we have been since my Fianc hours got cut in half for he call center back in February. but apparently since were moving into a new apt. the Landloards have forgotten every time we've paid our rent on time and this one time they REQUIRE us to pay in full they can't wait till out pay day next friday.]]

Do not get taxes done here! They promote and yet know little about what they are doing. The communication is ridiculous, employees are not trained or educated on it and are using the cost of a program that you could use yourself. Don't waste your time here.

I first spoke with Stephanie on the phone before I went over there. She told me everything I needed to bring to get a loan so by the time I showed up it was a matter of filling out an application and showing my documents. Stephanie is very friendly and very patient. If your in a financial bind this place is the best in town. Ask for Stephanie

I have been a client of this location for one year. I find the people who work there to be RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Time and Time again you walk in they are laughing and joking around with other co-workers, they wait on you when they want to. If you are greeted when you arrive it's a one time thing, and if you walk in and they are talking on their cell phone again you will wait until they end their phone call. And when you leave you NEVER get a thank you, and your loan rate keeps going up and they don't have a reason. WORST place to go! BEWARE!!!!
