Citizens Bank in Northfield, Ohio

The TV and the news are saying that they are having a coin shortage so I wrote up my coins and took them to the bank and the lady refused to take my coins because she said there's a no shortage out there and she was very rude and she would not take my coins because she said I didn't have a bank account there I wasn't asking for nothing just to change it for my my currency so that they can have coins the lady in the pictures that I send was the worst lady ever she should be fired she was rude and if I was a customer I wouldn't do business with her or them if that's how they treat their customers

My experience with this branch and banks policies were to say the least not good. They say they pride themselves with customer service if so they are failing. It took over two months for me to close a commercial loan with them even when the had the money transferred into my line of credit. My account manager had no authority to make decisions. And try getting a branch associate to call you back within 24 hours. I would say stay away especially if you are a commercial account.

The people at this branch are very helpful and honest. I had an incident where the ATM had a mechanical error and did not accredit my money. The people at this branch where honest and helped get me credit for my 1100 deposit which was essentially lost. I am very grateful for their help and would recommend this branch to anyone.
