Columbia Credit Union in Vancouver, Washington

I have a personal auto loan and my business account here. The staff is amazing! Service is always quick, friendly and accurate.

There wonderful, always helpful and love knowing how close they are located near my office and home.

Great credit union! The employees are friendly, professional, and work hard. They are accommodating and understanding especially to those who have been banking with them for a period of time. I laughed when I saw reviews regarding their drive thru system because it is no different than any other bank, CU, fast food joint, etc.

Sub-par customer service. Don't go inside with messy hair or they will judge you. Also don't bother making any suggestions on how to improve their service. The manager will just be unessarly short with you and act like their time is more valued then yours. I will now avoid this branch whenever possible.

Always a good experience through drive thru

A good buddy of mine recommended opening an account with Columbia. He has personal and business lines with them and raved about their customer service. Well I now owe him 100 eye blinks because he was spot on. I know we shouldn't have favorites, but Heidi S is my fave. Awesome isn't descriptive enough. They have her at the perfect spot in the bank because she draws you in and then after you talk to her for a while, you're referring everyone you know to her. Please go see her so she can hit her benchmarks and command a raise and better yet some much needed R&R from work. Ciao!

CCU is a very well run organization. Good people, excellent service, and a part of the Clark County Community. Have always been good to our family.

Great place to bank. Customer service is great.

Worst customer service experience. No one gets back to you if you call for a 401k appointment or questions and concerns. I didn't know where my investments were going to and wanted to check but for a month solid I was ignored. Left several messages. Pulled my investments out and went elsewhere.

Amy does not support small business. She should be fired. I'll change review as soon as this is taken care of.

Good place for money deposit

If you plan on using their drive through bring a couple movies you'll be there a while.
