Best bank in town! Always greeted with a smile and truly feel welcomed. The bankers are always so helpful and friendly!

This bank is horrible! Not only did someone steal 300 dollars out of my account once and the bank didn't even notify me but they randomly let your account go negative when it shouldnt or the balance is incorrect most of the time. Also, they've charged overdraft fees when they shouldnt. Plus they claim my account was negative for more than 30 days which shouldnt have been correct. They closed my account without telling me and I found out a week later. Customer service said my account should reopen once my money hit but they lied. I went to withdraw money from the account when I got paid and the lady I talked to had no idea what to do and called the corporate office and now I have wait 10 days for a check I need now even though it showed a positive balance on my account. Its ridiculous and I am furious. I tried to explain to the coropate branch that theres some mistake and he told me the same thing that I have to wait for my money that's mine. This bank is horrible, dont waste your time. I was a value customer for 10 years and they screwed me over. Thanks commerce. Atleast Midland knows what they're doing.

The bank has only one resource who does know how to do International transfers and if she's out OOO, one needs to look for another bank in St. Louis. There is staff in this bank who've been there for over 20 years, but yet haven't been cross-trained. It's a limitation to customer service. Otherwise, the people are nice, but not convenient if they can't help me as my bank. I've been a customer for 15 years.
