The worst customer service experience ever and they tell you the supervisor have to call you back and never did not recommended to nobody !!!!

worst online banking ever! their portal / IT is of 19th century, they just changed interface or something and all existing settings including username & password just gone, need to reset it again by entering half dozen personal info again and all you got at the end is - oops! something went wrong at our end, try it again, and again, and again ...I'm changing the Bank!

Great quick and accurate service. The drive- thru is quick and easy. My favorite branch of this banking corporation. Especially offering Saturday hours!

Not sure what to think...deposited 700 last week, called to see when my "welcome packet" would arrive, and they had trouble finding my account! On hold so long I had to hang up. Don't know my routing or account number so guess we'll see! I opened the account on line but did deposit funds at the bank in Scranton. Yikes.

I run several businesses and thus have accounts with many different banks. I recently started another business, NEPA Auto Services LLC, which was in need of a bank account. Now I don't know about most people, but I've been fed up with most of the other banks. Let me tell you, Community Bank was a breath of fresh air. This location is fantastic. They have helpful people and tons of locations across the areas I typically travel to. Their web banking is clean and fast. I had one small issue signing up to their web banking, called their web banking staff and within only a few minutes the issue was sorted out. Mobile app is decent and functions. Mobile deposits are great and they don't hold up your money forever. I'm in the process of closing my other bank accounts and moving them here, as frankly, I have found a suitable bank that is keeping up with the times and evolving as needed. You will be absolutely impressed with this bank if you try it.

David the branch manager was so rude. Very pretentious I feel bad for the women and men who have to work under him .

This Community bank has the worst drive through service ever!!! They have 2 lanes and they use one for parking!! Like they don't have a whole parking lot behind the building!! They also allow pedestrians to skip the drive through service!! On top of the fact that they never answer they're phone!!! Check out the pictures I posted on Google!!!

Don't use this bank. They're parasites that will keep finding ways to steal your money. Their customer service is a joke, and they can't even get addresses correct.
