This place is one of the worst banks i ever been to i work for a guy that goes thru this bank and everytime i go there to cash my check it like they try find a reason not to cash the check and tell me no. they dont try to fix the problem or help if anythings is wrong plus i dont have a account there so they half to call my boss before they cash it and i let my boss no they will be calling cause im at the bank and they always say my boss phone go to voicemail and say sry we cant cash it but im over it wont ever go back to this bank

Went there to have a payment stopped, one girl had no idea what she was doing, the other told me she couldn't do it after one of their other branches told me i could have it done. And her attitude was terrible. So i went to the Waynesburg branch and they stopped payment for me.

I had a very important, high-end transaction at this branch. It was handled perfectly.

The teller was very polite, which is why I would even give the bank 1 star. The financial institution itself... should be avoided at any cost. Key Bank, Washington Financial, PNC, etc are all in the area and I would recommend any of them instead.
