Kayla Gatee | If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrendous customer service on the after hours line. I transferred money on Sunday from savings to checking and the money transferred on Monday. On Wednesday morning at 9am I called the bank letting them know I'd be making a large purchase of roughly 2500 and was told by the teller that it wouldn't be an issue and she'd leave a note to have to cleared by fraud, etc. around 5pm I went to the dealership and swiped my card and “declined” again, “declined.” I called the after hours customer service to see what was going on told them what happened and was told there was a “daily limit of 1000 in person and 2500 online.” And that they couldn't raise the limit, got transferred to a supervisor and was told they would raise the limit of 1000 to 25000 and transferred again to fraud.. was told no fraud on my account and they'd clear it for the end of the night just Incase. Tried running my card, declined. CALLED BACK and got hung up on when asking for a supervisor right away. My boyfriend called and got a supervisor and they raised his limit to the 25000 for the payment and when I tried to get her to do mine it was declined again and told “I'm not seeing anything as to why this is happening and can not do anything, you'll have to call back during business hours.” My boyfriend told her “you need to do something, do the same thing you did for me for her, I don't wanna hear you can't do anything” and she said back “if you don't wanna hear that then goodbye, goodbye, goodbye” and got hung up on. Absolutely horrible customer service and will be closing our 2 accounts in the morning and you NA somewhere else. DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE!!!! |
