I have always had a great experience with the employees at the place of business.

Worst customer service EVER!!! not just stating that because my loan didn't get approved but after I did a phone application I was told that i would receive a call back within 15-20 mins. Well its been 3 days later and I called to follow up with my app only to get told that at this time that a loan couldn't be extended to me and to be looking for a letter in the mail... LIKE REALLY??? Is that how people conduct business? So I'm guessing that they only call those back who they want to lend money out too... It's just common courtesy to call back regardless if I was approved or NOT. People in that office needs to be retrained. And the person who took my app over the phone obviously don't like her job. She was cold, short, and had no personality. Maaaan. I sure do wish their corporate ofc could hire me to TRAIN them and show them girls what customer service is all about....smh.....

We were a customer here. But not anymore we were in the shopping center and they wouldn't let my 4 year old son use the restroom. Very vile individuals do not use this company.
