Covington Credit in Cookeville, Tennessee

I've had nothing but great experiences with Covington. The staff is friendly & professional, they get everything processed quickly so I'm not stuck waiting for hours. As with any loan company if you make your payments on time & communicate if you can't versus dodging calls etc then you won't have an issue.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to them or do business with them they are rude every time I call them if you are a couple days late on your payment they will call everyone and tell them they have done call my ex husband his ex wife and their family's my friends some ex friends and some family and distant family my family idc but when you start calling ex husband and there ex wife that don't even know me is uncalled for especially after I done called and told them there payment is in the mail headed that way also when I called and told them to please stop and not to call my ex or his ex wife and there family's they were very rude and continued to call all them and they tell them exactly what they're calling about so your business will be out there and everyone will know about it

The manager Angela is very good to work with you and help you anyway she can. All she asks is for you to stay in touch with her. Its that simple!
