Credit Connection Auto Sales in York, Pennsylvania

This is what most car shops do these days, sell them as is and don't tell the full story behind the car they take the money AND SAY NOTHING. Like there's not such a thing as lemon law!!!

When I first bought the car I had some issues because the mechanic would take longer than anticipated on the repairs, and my trunk was never fixed properly. I was supposed to get a new trunk and they ended up just taking out the dent and now I have trouble closing it. I decided to just leave it because I needed the car and the mechanic was not doing the job right. Other than that management and staff treated me well and worked with me when I couldn't make payments. I finally paid off the car and it runs smooth, so I'm glad that at least I have a sturdy car for a while even though the service I received from their mechanics in the beginning was horrible. I saw they have new mechanics now so hopefully no one will have a problem now. After a year and a half I am a happy customer and thank you for your service.

I put down a down payment and was told the car need to go through mechanical work then the quarantine happened which I get and the car couldn't be fixed and inspected. Fine. But after we have been trying to be In constant contact about the car. Then we were told it was fixed and ready but couldn't because they weren't opened to the public. We since have been trying to get a refund and still nothing. First were told 3-5 days and then 7-10. Yet it's the 10th day and nothing. Keep in mind when I put the down payment I didn't even get to look inside the car or test drive it. At this point I am still waiting for my refund. If u couldn't be in communication with me this entire time I can only imagine actually having to deal with them on a monthly bases. Due to this I have had to rent a car for 2 months which has now cost me 2000. Al the while other car dealerships were open and telling me to just go through them and yet now I have no to do so. This place is a nightmare !!!
