The app for this bank takes days to show what your actual balance is and delays transactions you've completed so you think you have more money than you do and then surprise you don't. The ATM is super slow. The security measures are very old school and you have to go in person to change your password when most other banks just ask you for your social and a couple of other pieces of information over the phone. When you do go in person, the service is very slow. This last part is irrelevant to the service, but, the bank inside looks like the gaudy house of an elderly woman with it's outdated floral wall print. |
