Digital Federal Credit Union in Worcester, Massachusetts

I have always rated a 5. I love DCU. But lately different employee are telling me different things. In these difficult times I need to know that what my mobile app is telling me is correct. But a woman told me funds would be released sunday night after midnight. Which makes sense. This guy is telling me I have already received it all. No hold on checks. Yes there is over a certain amount. I just felt like he didnt care. Not Dcu. I hope to hear from the bank in Good faith. I love dcu. Best bank. They have really worked with me. This guy didnt care and spoke to me like I am an idiot. That, I hate.

The ATMs are constantly not working and seems they take their time to fix the problems.... Inside they are always very nice though.

Business account customer service is awful. Trying to open an account for almost a month. No response from the team. No direct number to reach them. Finally when I reached out to someone, it went to voice mail and the second time, someone said she/he was working from home.

I have never had a problem at this branch. From the tellers to the loan officers they have all gone way out of there way to provide any service ask for without any rebuff. I know I can walk in sat 658 when they close at 7 and find a friendly face never hinting at anything except how they could help.

Always a pleasant experience. Everyone is so welcoming and polite. Very refreshing experience!

Daryl Diamond the manager here is completely useless! I've used the bank over a decade but that guy managing now cant handle the simplest cases, clueless about customer care

So unfortunate that DCU that DCU denied my refinance car loan. I called and applied online, they never gave the loan number and I was told a decision will be made within 24hrs and I will be emailed. I went online to check, there was nothing on the website under the loan section. I called today with multiple call transfer, I was told that I am too liable, with 10 years membership with them and with 100 good payment record. Thinking about moving to TD bank.
