Dollar Loan Center in Las Vegas, Nevada

One of the worst customer service I have ever had! The staff was rude and unprofessional. I had better service at McDonald's. The whole staff was a terrible mess and worse experience I have ever had.

Always friendly faces and curtious crew's

Employees can be a little bit unprofessional. They talk to you as if you going to give them a disease. Not too friendly. Whenever I pay off my loan I will not be going back to this particular business.

This place is clean and the staff is courteous, I usually am going next door to HnR block taxes.

I paid on my current loan with them on friday at about 6pm. Applied for more funds and never got a call like their website claimed I would. Now i am stuck without funds and not able to register my vehicle even though they were supposed to call me and now they are closed. Definitely filing a bbb complaint. Be lucky if you get another payment out of me. I'm disputing all charges.

I have been to many dollar loan centers in the vegas valley, but I have to say this location is the best one hands down. The customer service here is impeccable!! I want to thank Becky, Claudia, and Leslie for making it a wonderful and speedy experience. I highly recommend this location!!

First time inside great experience all the staff jumped up to greet me. I love this branch the most. They all are full of energy, and give this place life. Thanks for making my day Adam, Zane, and Leslie.. Perfect staff for a great place. Overall best branch I have came too. Keep up the good work.

Each time you walk in you are greeted and the people there are very nice. Went in to apply for a small loan with Adam and he is great! Very chill and funny guy. I recommend to come here for reasonable rates and great customer service.

Great business and location to get the help you need to get to the next payday or paydays. I have been doing business with this location for more than few months and gotten a couple increases on what I can barrow.? The over the phone and online process is very easy. Will be using them in the future because the manager has earned my loyalty.

By far the best customer service Priscila helped me and was very lovely. She was very honest and thorough with everything.

They are so friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable and at ease when going through the application process.

Just like all the other phonies out there. Hype you up in believing you can get a loan, just to tell you that your application is denied. Don't worry, "Don't Be Broke"...some day you will be begging ppl like me to visit your store...but I won't need your bullspit, high interest charity!

Every time I visit the store I'm always greeted by either Darius, Mary, and aleycia I find that very welcoming and I personally think that is the key to making any business better. Im always in and out with a smile. I also love how all the staff is always there to help and the best part about all this is that there are fast and once again very amazing crew love them very much I would recommend them to everyone honest opinion!!!!!!!!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Hugo. He was very polite professional and knowledgeable. He processed my loan very quickly and efficiently while also helping other patrons. I felt very comfortable and confident in the loan process with him. It was very quick and I was on my way with the money I needed. I would highly recommend using Dollar loan center it has been a very convenient and pleasant experience for me overall.

This dollar loan center is awesome. Always in and out fast. Never any lines and the people here are so nice.

The worst, after I waited for 20 min because the only receptionist was on a phone call, I got so humiliated she even made me call to my job on speaker in front everybody, and after be seated there for like half an hr, and printed all my documents from her own computer, she asked me for my social security card or work permit, I'm permanent resident of this country with a full time job for over 7 years and she denied, treated me like I'm an illegal, it was so humiliated I would never ever go back to this company again.

Well first off this really has nothing to do with the front of the house staff Gladys and Sissy. They were super nice to me. My issue is the "Unprofessional" "underwriter" at "corporate" a rude B sitting at a desk making 6 dollars an hour having no idea what any class or professionalism is. Not only am I shocked that the owner Chuck has such nasty rude unprofessional idiots like her working for him. I can only imagine the amount of money she costs him daily ...weekly ...yearly. If that were my employee I would fire her, I heard the down right NASTY things she was saying to Gladys on the phone about me she does not even know me and I know the ring on my finger cost more then she makes in 2 years...that is just my left hand BTW. The only words of advice I have for anyone who wants to "Don't Be Broke" ....."Don't Be" hasty when going to a loan center. "Don't Be" spoken about like trash. "Don't Be" so desperate that you will waste so much time in your day dealing with such unprofessional-ism. "Don't Be" so quick to believe everything you hear. "Don't Be" willing to pay stupid interest when it is a highly competitive market. "Don't Be" shocked if you go into DLC any of their locations and hear the "underwriter" speak so NASTY about you, so LOUDLY over the phone. "Don't Be" shocked if you go to work for DLC and hear the same nastiness I heard. "Don't Be" shocked when you do take a loan and get treated POORLY I saw how another lady paying was treated...and had to waste another hour her day to PAY DLC for her sister. I must say this is the most disappointing review I have ever written. I really thought Chuck had better employees. Very disappointed .
