I'm not new to "new" car purchases. Jim Casebolt worked really hard and listened to what I needed. After my last experience w Ford I was ready to switch teams to Chevy. My wife asked me to look at ford again cause that's all I have owned for the last 25yrs. Jim changed my mind. Great Staff, Great prices. It was give and take in this sale. He didn't just want a sale, he wanted a happy customer rolling off the lot. It showed in the way he handled the deal. He made sure it had all the options I needed in a truck. His knowledge of the different tow packages was amazing. I was dead set against the eco-boost motors. He brought out all 3 options they offer. 2.7 to the big 5.0L. Had me drive them all. Making sure I was getting what I wanted was key in bringing me back to Ford. Of course a great deal as well. Hope Donley and Ford Motor Company realize what an asset he is. You don't have all that knowledge without doing some home work and learning the product that you sell.

That's a better track-record than most my romantic relationships. I love my car, so it's a welcome reminder. The process of buying it went as smooth as anyone could hope, which was of special note because I drove in from out of state to get it. No run-around, no hidden fees after a price was agreed on, and none of the other typical dealership nonsense; just a fair & honest transaction.
