Easy Money in Nashville, Tennessee

Bri is my go to at this location. She always has a great attitude and appears to enjoy what she does. I have been using them for over 2 years. They always keep me informed and are very easy to work with. Thanks to all of you for all that you do!!

Bri is the only good employee this company has. Buyer beware, their website will tell you that you are current but they will call you and tell you that you are late. Website shows I don't have a payment due until 10/14 but they called me today to say I was past due from 9/11.

I had an account at your Lebbanon Pike location in Nashville. I lost my employment as a result of COVID19. I was in contact with the office after-the-fact; and also provided them paperwork proving that fact, and was working with them on payments. I had actually noticed unauthorized payments trying to clear my checking account, after having notified them of such and working with them. My bank researched the situation and provided me with a refund of the fees that resulted in my account, due to those unauthorized amounts. I contacted the office again this past weekend, and told them that I was attempting to make good on my account, but was told that the account had "unofficially" defaulted- that it was still in their office, but in default status. and that 800 in fees had been charged to my account on their end from those unauthorized bank transactions. I asked for the contact information for the area manager, but was refused that information. However, was told that a message would be given to him, that if they would be willing to adjust the fees, I would be able to take care of the debt. I called to get an update on that message today, but was told that the account has now officially "defaulted," and they saw no indication of the message that I had left.

I need to amend my previous review. I was hot after the behavior of one associate towards me. I have been back since and was treated very well by Char, who is kind, personable and helpful. In addition she acknowledged my review and then she asked what she could do to improve my perception of Easy Money. That is going above and beyond in my book! I won't let one sour grape taint my entire review of the company as a whole

Easy money, only thing their interest rates is too high. You can never pay your loan off,Char is the best love her very helpful smart intelligent and a real people person, please dont lose her easy money she is the best you got.

These guys will work hard for your business. They helped get me approved and corrected the issue of another location who failed to complete the process for approval. These guys deserve recognition!
