Enterprise Bank & Trust in Arnold, Missouri

I have been banking at this location since it was Eagle Bank. They have always been friendly, helpful, and prompt. Special Kudos to Ashley H. and Paula W. These two ladies have been providing me with exceptional attention and service for many years.

I attempted to log into my account via my phone and inadvertently hit the wrong key, ONE time. I was immediately locked out of my account. There was no one to contact because Enterprise Bank doesn't have a 24 hour support available for accounts. At the ID error message window there is an opportunity to send an email. AFTER composing my email and hitting send, my email was blocked. Signed: Dissatisfied customer.

Great bank! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, get to know your name, and take much of the stress out of banking. With flexibility in mobile banking, internet, atm, drivethru they can meet everyone's needs. The staff has always treated me with utmost professionalism even though the merger from Eagle Bank the original bank to the new name Enterprise bank and trust, they made the process as painless as possible. With a hometown bank feeling I absolutely love this bank.
