I called in to get info on locking wheel nuts on my Passat, I was told I could come straight in, no appointment necessary. When I arrived they were very courteous, told me the wait time and directed me to the waiting area. My car was finished in no time, im very happy with the quick and friendly service I received. They also offer a military discount.

Bought a new VW at Evans today! Great experience start to finish with salesperson Mike Wilcox and manager Carl whose card I seem to have misplaced in the excitement. Women aren't always treated with respect during sales transaction but NOT THE CASE at Evans. I was treated fairly and respectfully. I got a great deal and was happy to drive away in only one visit! No games. No upsell. I have purchased many cars, but seldom drive away this satisfied. Highly recommend Evans!

Very surprised with the Volkswagen Tiguan when I saw it in person. The r-line black is a must if you want that sporty classy look. Mike Wilcox and Greg Seigel helped me during my venture. They both were very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable with making this purchase. They also were very responsive to my texts which is awesome for all the question I had and some of them really relatively late at night. Overall pleased with my purchase and glad I went VW.
