Great service, good terms ,very good people behind the counter or nowadays behind the bulletproof glass.

I've been banking here for about 5 years now and honestly, I've had so many problems. The people are nice and they always help me when I'm there but if I ever have a problem outside of business hours, there is no fixing said problem until they reopen because none of the phone numbers you call will ever actually give you what you're looking for. And the online banking is not easy to work with unless you get the app. I've been trying to activate my new debit card for 2 days now and it keeps telling me I need to call from the primary phone number to activate my card, i checked my profile and it said the phone number i was using was indeed my primary phone number and it still will not work no matter what i try. Would definitely recommend PNC or something, you can get money out of atm's in 1 intervals there which is pretty awesome.
