I love Fibre but HATE going to this branch. It sucks because it's the closest one to me but I would rather drive across town because I will get taken care of much quicker. Every time I have been to this branch I am in line for atleast 15 minutes, whether there is 2 or 8 cars in the drive thru.

Amazing staff and always answer your questions! The staff get the job done in a timely manner! It is good to ask questions and be specific what you need help with when you go to any bank.

Fibre used to be a bank that you could trust and rely upon. Part of the charm in banking with them was the hometown feel, the tellers knew your name, and if you had an issue or an error they were in a hurry to correct it. Over the last few years as they've acquired or merged with other banks, that seems to have gone away. Their rates aren't as good, their service isn't as good, and you're just another face in the line. The online banking is awful and outsourced, and so is the bill pay. The bill pay is unreliable; if there's an issue, they will pawn you off. "Sorry, can't help you...that's a 3rd party vendor". Just what you want to hear when you call your bank. I started banking with them in 1997 and I find myself right now shopping online for another credit union for the first time in 25 years.

The WORST Customer service Ever. They allow fraud. They DO NOT care about keeping customers. They lie over and over. Super inconsistent. DO NOT TRUST this establishment with your money. DO Not waste your time

They say they're open from 9:00 to 4:30 on Saturdays I called there because I had a question ,they're answering machine ask for your account number well what if you didn't have a account there and you were a new person trying to open up account, there you can't get through to talk to anybody. Their answering machine puts you through some advertising and you sit and wait and no one ever answers. So then I drive down there and inside the bank is closed, what do they think that covid-19 is stronger on Saturdays that they need to be closed or what. So they have the drive-thru open which takes forever, there's got to be a better bank that's better than this. I think I'm going to try US Bank.

New ATMs are very difficult

The lending department at Fibre Federal is top notch! Jackie Young and Rachel Gray in particular are wonderful to work with, though I have a high opinion of the whole company. I received my first mortgage through Fibre and they guided me through the process with patience, kindness, and a wealth of knowledge. I was originally worried about being able to close in time, but they stayed on top of the process and kept me informed and everything went perfectly. I could not have asked for a better experience and I would use Fibre for all my financial needs in a heartbeat.

I love how people are treated at this particular branch although all branches have treated me well, this one is by far my favorite. Carla, the manager is a gem and treats people with the utmost respect. Every transaction and meeting I have had with this branch has been handled well. I would recommend Fibre Federal Credit Union to everyone!
