Fifth Third Bank & ATM in Detroit, Michigan

SO FAR SO GOOD BUT STILL WASTE MY TIME WAITING AROUND I GOT PLACES GO PEOPLE DO SO YELLA LETS GOOOOO.

So slow and no sense of urgency. Been sitting in this drive thru line for 25 minutes and only 1 car has been serviced. Horrible wait times. They need help.

If I could give them a negative 5 I would. This is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered while trying to take care of business. Particularly Trudy and Omar, they are the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. The other teller who always has a frown on her face it's just rude. Loud, gossiping about the customers talking about people's business where other customers can hear is unacceptable. It's sad and unfortunate when you try to do business in the city where you live & work that you get this type of treatment. Whenever I go into a fifth third bank in the suburbs I never encounter what I have experienced at this location. I'm closing all of my accounts and taking my business elsewhere. Now I have to be inconvenienced because they don't know how to treat the customers. Smh!

I've been banking here for a year and I've had nothing but great experiences every tIme I need assistance. They had the exact kind of savings i needed. They offer a prepaid debit card that you can transfer finds to protect your account when making online purchases. Alli of the staff is professional and friendly. They have many ATMs you can use without getting fees. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the security door. It always confuses me but I understand the need for safety. I highly recommend this bank!

My god. It took me over a 40 minutes to make my car payment. Get more help !!!!! Or faster people working there. I would give it zero stars if I could. This is why I HATE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK

Great experience the people there are so nice the customer service is out of this world I spoke and worked closely with Warren to resolve my issue he made sure I was satisfied and well taken care of
