Doug Peterson | Paid top dollar for a used vehicle. Was very clean inside and out. Salesman assured me that "it has gone through the shop and nothing was wrong with it." Big mistake taking his word for it. After I got it home and did my own inspection I found 1 missing swaybar link, sway bar bushings shot, 1 lower ball joint loose both inner tie rod ends loose, 1 tire that doesn't hold air. 2 broken exhaust manifold bolts - exhaust leaking, air compressor very noisy, aftermarket radio with no Navagation and did not work with dvd screens, engine oil leak, front strut leaking, rear washer doesn't work, engine oil overfill, and front wiper blade torn. So either the shop missed ALL that orhestraight up lied to my face,either way I will never buy another vehicle from them again. Now that being said, I like the vehicle just fine, and I may have still even bought it...for 3000 less so I can fix all that stuff. Just feel like I got ripped off. As is no warranty, so I own it and I accept that, just wish I would have walked away and kept looking because I have no trust in their service dept or sales dept. |
