We had talked with three banks prior and had no problem being quoted the current interest rates and what the payments would be on a vehicle purchase. This lady literally refused to give us any quotes until we filled out an application, even when we gave her all the info. to just get a figure from. We even knew our credit scores. All she would say as she continually interrupted me was "I know the car isn't a risk but I don't know anything about you"..."you could be a risk, so you HAVE to fill out an application before I will tell you anything." Fortunately, we have any other bank we can get the loan from as we both have very high scores and not one of them had any trouble telling us the different interest rate/monthly payments so we could see our options. Hope the bank manager sees this and reads that they lost a car loan because of this very very rude lady. |
