What a rip off! Plenty of other places to get loans through. The people are very unprofessional and do not know how to talk to customers or do their jobs. My wife died from covid and they gave NO relief on my loan. In fact, they repossessed my car and I was stuck with the funeral expenses and the full loan amount. Since i lost my car I lost my job. Mortgage is due and now I have to settle for a job within walking distance at a garage that pays less than half of what I was making. I can no longer drive my kids to school. Would not give me a couple months extension. I'm sure they would have been just fine without my measly monthly payment

They lie about account policies, provide terms and information after having you sign based on their words, close accounts without notice, clear charges whenever they feel like it so you can't avoid fees, disable your ability to pay loans online if you get those fees as a result of their unethical behavior, and then continue to attempt to collect those fees after sending them to a collections agency. After you call them out on that, they have the audacity to say that the collections agency which is clearly labelled as such is not a collections agency. If you value financial stability, go anywhere else! Give your money to a relative with an addiction. It'll be more secure than with these crooks!
