FIRST COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION in Monroe, Wisconsin

I have banked at the Monroe location since they first opened in Monroe. I have always received the best service. They always go out of their way to provide personal service, whether that is questions with your account, discussing options, or helping you through the loan process. The loan rates are the best in the area and receiving a discount because you are a member is a huge perk. The addition of the their mobile banking app only enhanced the service. I recommend them to everyone.

Quite honestly I've had a pretty good banking experience with FCCU. I just returned to them due to moving back to town and I've visited different branches. They provide great service everywhere. With the pandemic going on, they did extend communications through email rather than having to go in person, which has been really helpful. The only downfall, is that they must be busy following up in all emails and forget to complete certain things, but once you reach out and remind them, they follow through. Thanks for a great banking experience!

Of all the car loans and all of the bank accounts I have had, First Community Credit Union was very easy and pleasant to work with. They always made any transaction that I had to do with them like I was the only person they were seeing for that day. I would love to do business with them on my next loan.
