I've never had any difficulty with their services. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist. Sometimes the ATM is out of service in front on High St., but the drive-thru in back is more convenient anyway.

This bank was the custodian of my companies HSA; they were always a major inconvenience to deal with. Their website is clunky and ancient. I worry about my information security with them. With so many banks in the Cincinnati area that care about their customers, I would not waste my time here.

First financial bank is the worst bank if you want to close an account. These people can't even close an account right. My account has.been closed.for about 3 weeks now and they where to cut me a check.but can't even do that right.and my stimulus check is trying to got into an account that I tried to close.

My boyfriend and I were super done with our bank and their lack of explanation of fees...we came into this bank and met new manager Brittany. She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and did not have to wait at all! Best of all I walked out with a new debit card I can use very next day. Brittany is awesome and doesn't offer things you don't need or could never afford

I'm so happy I live closer to this location now. Their service has been the best out of the other branches I've visited. Always prompt and very helpful.

Since they closed the Walden Pond and Fairfield branch the drive thru in Hamilton on Dixie is ridiculously slow. I've tried different days and times. Doesn't matter.

Fast service that's what I've always loved and very fruendly..
