First Horizon Bank in Hickory, North Carolina

We have a commercial account with First Horizon. I have had to call at least a dozen times for not being able to deposit checks through the mobile app. They have still not corrected it. Customer service is terrible and we will be switching banks.

I have been waiting a week today for a lender to call me back I refuse to call her back because I felt like she was being rude with me when i called and asked if my loan was approved ....she said she would call me right back well needless to say she never called and when I called she said oh something is wrong with the file ill call u I've been waiting and me call

I have banked their for many years even when it was Bank Of Granite. Not happy with it now. Closes early and have run into rude tellers

They close at 4:00 Monday through Thursday. That means, if you are a normal working human being that works 8-5, you can only use this bank 2 days out of the week. Look into MCU next door.

This used to be the Community Bank and in early 2018 changed to a Tennesee bank, The Capital Bank. I can't begin to tell you how unimpressed I am with Capital Bank. Hours are 9 - 4, Mon - TH. Yes, they now have Saturday hours, but so what. A bank being open during the week, while folks work, is absolutely useless. In addition, the transition messed with my mortgage. I had to provide backstory / historic paperwork, and in the meantime, I was "late" with a payment that wasn't my fault. Banks - if you CHANGE ownership, how about YOU do the paperwork and not try to charge us a late fee for your malfeasance! I'll have no choice but to leave after the 6 month grace period ends and they start charging me monthly for having a checking account below the required 5000 limit for free checking accounts. Finally, when the bank transferred my home equity line loan rate shot up 1 1/4 percent. I'm totally done with this bank! I'm getting out...

Have always been treated well. A smile and kindness go a long way.

Whoever the “NEW” older lady working at the window today was absolutely rude! I did not get the chance to get her name; but she's new and very rude!!! I don't appreciate being belittled and talked to like that! She told me “if you are doing transactions like this you have to come inside, do you not see the long line?! There's a lot of cars behind you!” Rolled her eyes and just continued being rude. I go through the window all the time to Deposit my Work check that's it! And that's an issue?! It's is 3:30pm in the afternoon what does she expect? Everybody is rushing to cash in their check after work and make sure to catch the bank before they close! Like What the heck?! If you hate your job, you absolutely do not need to be working customer service!!!

Very pleasant employees that know you by name. In tune with the needs of your business. Would definitely recommend.
