We have a business account with them and the hoops they make you jump thru to make any kind of change is ridiculous. I have successfully changed my password over the phone in the past yes, they make you call them instead of providing a password reset online like any other bank in the 21st century and the last time I called to reset it they said I was not the primary contact on the account and I need to have someone else call. The online banking is the worst out of any other bank I have used. Fees are bad. To add someone to an account we needed signature pages from a half dozen board members. It took about 30 minutes for the banker to print and gather all the forms we needed. If it weren't for our board member's past relationship with the bank we would no longer be banking with them. |
