| Charles Kieser | I have had pretty good service from this bank. I am part owner of a restaurant here in Buffalo, and my partner had a account with this bank which got me started. Since then my wife opened a personal checking account there, and the bank has been pretty good to deal with on the checking accounts. I have no experience with this bank when it comes to loans. The only reason I am not giving this bank 5 stars is because they will close any checking account within 3 days if the balance reaches 0. They are good about calling you and letting you know the account is about to close, but I think they should give you more like 30 days before closing the account. I have another business account at 1st Innerstate bank which I will probably move to First Northern in the near future. |
