| max murfin | Used to be an advocate for this place and have recommended to countless friends and family members. Recently I just got overdrafted 6 times in a 2 day span. I figured when I called customer support, since I've been a customer for around 4 years that they could at least help me out a bit. Maybe with at very least one of the six charges. But unfortunately I am stuck with around 200 in fees for nothing.. Can't pay my bills now and am definitely considering switching credit unions to a more reasonable branch. And totally regret putting in a good word for years now. Big disappointment |
