All three times I have received terrible customer service in the branch. They need to work on greeting customers better along with scanning the line to make sure that knowone is getting skipped like i did this last visit. When I went into the Auburn branch to open a business checking the teller acted completely overwhelmed and told us that this was the absolute worst day to do this for her. Still we stayed to see if she could help us and she made sure to tell us we were missing information needed to open up a checking account which I felt since it was such a horrible day for her to be doing this it was easier for her to send us away to "get more documents" than to just help us. The customer service has tanked in the Auburn and grass valley branch. They lost our business for good. We were able to go into another bank and take care of both business checking and auto loan with out any hassle or needing extra documentation. |
