Don't waste your time here! We have been here for over 30 years things were good for awhile long while. Then they unfortunately chose the wrong people to take over for the manager Diane and assistant Karen. They all used to treat you like family and like you were their number one priority and that they really cared and wanted to always always always to do the right thing for you. But now! Just the total opposite please trust me on this like I said over 30 years going into this credit Union. We are closing both of our accounts and washing our hands of this credit Union . And when we informed the person who took over Karen's place and she refused to do the right thing and treat us with the best of customer care we told her then this is the last straw and we are washing our hands of this establishment moving on with our money and our loyalty to another bank and said it in a calm peaceful manner. She did not care one bit , didn't even blink and she simply said okay and turned away. Like I said that was the last straw for us as there had been quite a few other incidences that just show us this credit Union will never be what it once was. A few of the good bank tellers remain but we have noticed no one looks happy there anymore for sure and it is not a very pleasant place to go into anymore as it used to be. It is sad but I feel people have a right to know and what to expect.

FCCU does what large banks cannot do - give you individual service and write loans and mortgages below large bank rates. I have used this credit union right after I moved to Florida and they are GREAT! Throughout my life I have done business with numerous banks and will always have a local credit union I can rely on.

I just love Florida Central Credit Union they have the nicest people in the Port Charlotte Branch they know my name and always call me by my name when I walk in and they always give me the best financial advice and advise me correctly on all of my questions and very helpful in teaching me anything I want to know I've been a member for five years and never once have I had a complaint thank you all for doing such a great job
