Mr. Preston from the Bruce b down branch is the most unpleasant person I have ever encountered with at Florida central credit union. I've been there for about 14yrs so I no. He acts like the bank don't need your service and acts like you owe the bank. I will be closing this account come Friday.... I have felt a lot of discrimination from Mr. Preston where as I cannot conduct any more business with this bank.

Terrible service hands down ask for hundreds dollars bills and they say we don't have any early in the morning wow isn't this a bank maybe I'm wrong not get ur stuff right no excuses

While the branch customer service is great, their online bill pay service is bad! If you rely on online bill pay as much as I do, stay away!

Ileana and Emma are always amazing. They give great customer service! They always go above and beyond to help with whatever I need, Very fast service. I love going here because they make my husband and myself feel so welcome and just give exceptional service!

Multiple people at this bank, on my first day of opening the account, showed me how nasty and miserable they are. I let them know that I do not want the account. I refuse to be treated so unkindly by such miserable people.

I am updating this review and I wish I could write NO STARS! All morning has been spent on the phone/holding on the phone. My card was compromised. You would think that the fraud dept. could write a note in the system to order a new card. No- I had to hang up, stay on hold for another 34 minutes to then be told it will cost 10 for a new card. This is insane that I had to wait for them to tell me I could go to the branch. Why couldn't the fraud department tell me. Every time I need to deal with them it just gets worse.

They have a very rude teller that doesn't know much about her job, have a very bad experience with her twice!!

I tried calling today and was all excited about possibly joining the credit union as I've heard positive things about it but I kid you not when I say I waited on the line for 27 mins while music played, the s voice came on and said you will be the next customer, placed on hold for again and another 15 mins and NO ONE ANSWERED. So sorry and saddened as I refuse to do business with these so called businesses...... No Excuses my friends.. will gladly find another bank and pass this info along!!!!!!!
