Fort Community Credit Union in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin

FCCU is a great bank to do business with. I have worked with Mrs. Maria in the Loan Department on numerous occasions. She's always ready to help! very knowledgeable, understanding and she gives the great customer service. I do want to suggest that as great as this credit union is, having a more updated system on reporting stolen, or lost credit/debit cards will be great. My daughter lost her debit card over the weekend left a message to report the issue. Monday the first thing they did block her account, which was a good and a good way to secure her account. Although, when she called, the bank the associate was rude to her and charged a fee for a lost card. On top of that, she had a transfer fee for overdraft because, she had transferred all money to her savings to protect her account.

Customer service is terrible. We went with the credit union because they are generally known for good service. Huge mistake!! Received horrible service from two extremely rude people on different occasions. Some employees are great, some some are extremely rude and should not work in customer service.

I love Fort community credit union there on quick response, and every nice people , love Valerie she is a nice older lady how works on the south branch of fort community credit union, she even was nice enough to tell me about the restaurant next door called family restaurant , in fort Atkinson, wisconsin awesome food

Super rude, unprofessional employee's here. I was being very bubbly and nice asking questions. I do not care for being hung up on. I hope everyone changes their attitude fast otherwise I'll be changing banks.

The branch manager Whitney is amazing & by far the best financial institution employee I've ever worked with. She is extremely knowledge, outgoing, informative, and prompt. Over the years, I've worked with several local financial institutions that had subpar servcie, but people like her make my wife and I happy we chose FCCU for our needs! Strongly recommend working with Whitney at the South Side branch!
