Brenda | Excellent place for all my financial needs and services. Their personable staff makes for pleasant inquiries and other services when necessary. Member since 1981. |
Donovan Lang | Very unresponsive and bad service when I tried to get a car loan |
IP Rainwater | I have a car payment with these folks and have been having funds sent early through bill pay through local Credit Union. On 2 occasions I got threatening letters because they said my account was 2 cents delinquent. They wasted 46 cents in postage after I discussed this on phone and after I had the credit Union send them .02 . I still do not know why over the past couple of years I was 2 cents off. Anyway it is ridiculous to charge someone 2 cents and wasting 46 cents to balance their books. |
