When we arrived we were greeted by all. Johnathan was who helped me. He was very quick with all the approvals and paperwork. Only there a short time then on my way in my awesome 2016 Mustang. My experience with Johnathan and Fresno Autoplex was great and I would recommend them for sure.

My experience with Fresno Autoplex was beyond great! I was pre-approved for a car loan through CapitalOne. The next day after I was approved I get a call from Johnathan Alvarado who was very friendly. He also made me feel like I was more than just another sale. I'm always busy working so we set up an appointment to fit my schedule. The day of my appointment I get there and I start browsing through cars. During this time I meet Benito who was a very cool dude! He made me feel super comfortable. He gave me my space and let me know that I could test drive any car that I wanted. As I did. When I finally chose my car. He sat me down and we started the process. Which was fast and easy. Overall these two gentleman definitely made my experience unique. During the process I felt as if I was at home. I will definitely recommend this establishment to friends and family! Thanks for the great car!

My experience with Autoplex was great and that's an understatement. Really enjoyed working with Johnathan salesman he is very professional and knowledgeable about cars especially Dodge Chargers. What I like the most about the sells man Johnathan is that he is very honest and he followed through with Everything that was ask of him.
