This lot does have a good selection of vehicles but the guy that handles the internet customers does not have good business etiquette nor does he show that he is there to make a sale. I've worked for many dealerships and the main focuses were to always sell a vehicle and secondly make sure your customers are happy. Jimmy Sears does neither, well at least he didn't with me. I inquired about a 05 Ford F-150 with 203k miles on. From what the truck looks like it's in very good condition. But, I was never offered to come in to test drive the vehicle. He didn't even try to negotiate on his high price 14995 with 3k down. Who in their right mind would pay that much for a 13-14 yr old truck with over 203k miles on it? I made him an offer of 10800 which is above fair market value and all I got back was an email saying and I quote," Thanks for looking". If the situation would have been handled differently who knows I probably would have paid more if I really liked the way it drove, but I didn't get a chance to fall in love with truck.
