Oralene Smith | Be aware that if you have a Line of Credit and decide to pay it off there are fees you will be charged. DEMAND FEES, RECON FEES, AND EARLY CLOSURE FEES. Fees that cost me almost 800, and fees I had no idea they were going to take from my account just because I paid off my Line of Credit. The cost of the Line of Credit kept going up, it seemed like monthly, so I had to seek a more reasonable option, and no one ever mentioned these fees. I could have use that money elsewhere, as any home owner in the foothills knows our home owners insurance has doubled. |
