First the staff, Ashley was efficient and personable. There was not one question we asked that she could not answer. When we need this type of service again, we would return to Green Title & Escrow.

This was the buyer's choice of title companies. I found them to be unprepared and unprofessional. There were numerous mistakes and my real estate agent and I spent a great deal of time correcting their errors. It seemed each document had at least one. The most amazing was the payoff on our mortgage going to the sellers mortgage holder. Ashley H. was unprepared dealing with an out-if-state seller during the pandemic. She kept insisting that we come to her Omaha office as a notary was required....from six states away....in a state on lock down. Although we kept repeating at least 4 times that we were out of state and on lock down, she could not grasp that and kept telling us if we couldn't go to her office we needed to go to our local bank. Not only do we not have a local bank Ashley but banks in our sate are closed. At which point Ashley insisted we come into her office...from six states away....during a pandemic lock down. This irrational conversation with Ashley went on for 15 minutes until we hung up and called our agent who in 10 minutes had set up an appointment with a virtual notary. One would think Green Title would have had the capability to find the solution. They didn't. I would never recommend this company. If you do use then, check the numbers carefully and repeatedly as they made many mistakes.
