As a proud combat veteran I would like to take a moment and thank an awesome person who helped so much. If I could give more stars I would. Robin McEnany is by far the most helpful and understanding person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. When I was first moving to Dubuque she assisted with my wife and I buying our first house. She was able to explain everything to me so I could easily understand. I never got the feeling she was anything but eager to assist and honestly I'm so impressed with her patience with me since I knew nothing of buying a house. I'm so thankful that Robin was able to help as much as she did. Really above and beyond in my opinion.

I got a car loan through GreenState back when it was Iowa Credit Union I probably screwed that name up!. Now that they are part of GreenState Union AND in Dubuque- well I couldn't have said "Amen" any sooner! Super nice folks, with great smiles and fun personality. Always willing to help. MAJOR shout out to Kyle in the Loan Department who made sense of my mumblings and took care of things with a smooth transaction!! Kudos!!
