My wife and I had a great experience with Guild Mortgage. They were life-savers! Guild Mortgage of Truckee was recommended to us when our longtime bank of 40 years, turned us down for a loan. It was a very difficult time, as we had sold one home as a contingency, and needed a loan for our new home. Our timeline was so short and it appeared we would lose both the sale and new home. Tim, from Guild ,was a miracle worker. He worked through multiple issues with our finances and met the drop-dead deadline to save the deal. I highly recommend Guild Mortgage of Truckee!

We have now used Katie and her team twice. For our very first home purchase and just recently for our refinance. I have to say the professionalism and caring of this team is outstanding. Even though we could probably have saved a very small amount going with another company, we chose to stay with Guild because of the service and caring staff at the office. Katie did an excellent job explaining the process both times and explaining the benefits of the product we were getting during our refinance. Even during the current pandemic they made the refinance experience so easy! I highly recommend Katie, Tim, and the entire team at Guild Mortgage in Truckee!
