I set up my account at the Newark branch and I've had it for a month or so, and someone came to the downtown Bloomington branch, forged my signature, and took over 200 from my account. I've gotten my money back and closed my account, but the bank is playing it off as an accident. Personally, I wouldn't trust my money at this bank. |
| Mad Max | I have nothing but issues with this bank. Multiple times I've had problems with fraud on my card. Accessing the mobile app is a freaking nightmare. I go in to get a new card and the machines/systems are always down. The hours of operation make it a struggle for most to make it through after work as well. Just all around need improvement in basic business structure. |
