Hillsboro Ford service was fantastic. I scheduled my appointment online, and they took it right in at the scheduled time and had all service completed quickly. Quite an improvement from other Ford dealerships I have been to in the past!

My mother and I traveled 3.5 hours South for her to purchase a used-car from this dealership after she reached out to David Wood online for the BOTTOM LINE, out the door numbers for this vehicle. When we arrived, everything went as advertised, no funny business! Becky, the Finance Manager, was able to find my mom a better rate than her pre-approval and she took the time to answer all my mom's questions! When I shop for my next truck, I will certainly be reaching out to David and the team at Hillsboro Ford!

I bought my new truck here and the sales experience was great. After a few hundred miles I brought it back to the service department with alignment issues steering wheel of center and pulling. I am a retired certified auto technician now service advertiser so I know what I'm talking about. They told me it was in spec nothing wrong. I drove it another couple thousand miles now tires are chopped. Brought back in they told me nothing was wrong and that the alignment was not out. I got in my truck found that the technician left the alignment sheet in my truck and found that the toe was way out of of spec which is the most common reason for tire chopping. They should not lie to their customers honesty goes a long way. Will not recommend anyone have service here.
