I love having an account with this bank! I closed my account a year ago, and had it reopened without any issues and I have never thought about taking my banking endeavors anywhere else. I tried one other bank in Rochester when I closed the first time, only to be back as a loyal consumer within a few months. Customer service is always hospitable, any minute issues I may have are ALWAYS taken care of in an instant, any concerns I have of charges or issues with my account are always handled in a professional and timely manner and I respect the relationship I've had with Home Federal Savings.
