Fantastic customer service characterizes the staff at this location. The small biz for which I work switched 4 business accounts to HomeStreet in April and we have been thoroughly pleased with the expediency with which Alex, Frank, and other bankers attend to our various questions and and banking needs. Having a banker who knows our accounts and is just one email away is incredible. Definitely consider switching to HomeStreet for business banking!

I agree! Best bank ever! Hossein, Moussa, Afshin, Kate and Megan are the best. Every customer that enters is greeted by their first name and it never feels like business. There is always fresh coffee and sometimes little snacks! This truly is your friendly neighborhood bank.

I had such a positive experience opening an account at this branch. Asha the branch manager was very responsive to my initial inquiry, and she and Samantha were very kind and helpful in setting up my account. COVID precautions were taken well and there were no other customers present when I was there for my appointment. Highly recommend.

I've only had negative experiences here. The teller didn't even check my ID to get into my account. Said he “remembered” me after being there once. That's not ok.

I opened an account a couple months ago. They have awesome customer service! And have a great app that gives you text alerts.

HomeStreet Bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Their customer service representatives will straight up lie to you in an attempt to get you off the phone. It took me 10 phone calls and 3 branch visits, each one a new interaction with an incompetent and deceitful employee, before I finally got the sign up bonus I had earned and wasn't given. They told me all kinds of incorrect things regarding my account, and when I would prove them wrong, they would just shrug it off like it wasn't their problem that they had just lied to me. Dishonesty isn't a good way to build a business.

Everytime I go in they are helpful and very nice! I love coming to see these lady's they have lollipops too.

The “lollipop” ladies are my fav. They always ask about my kids even when I don't bring them with me, and they treat us like we are old friends. It's nice to walk into a place where everybody knows your name ;
