Kelly Talbert and Heather Herndon were outstanding agents: responsive and friendly and knowledgeable, they guided us through an out-of-state purchase with a remote closing, all of which was made even more complicated by the covid-19 lockdown restrictions. Kelly was our primary agent and was always very responsive to our many questions and active in pursuing resolutions. Kelly and Heather both went above and beyond, standing by us even after the closing when we arrived in Jackson and were dismayed to find the condo's storage unit still crammed with the seller's possessions. They personally came over and removed the items and delivered them to the seller who was hospitalized and unable to deal with it. Outstanding service and caring and follow-up!
