Always accurate, courteous, and timely, with both personal and business accounts. Personnel are well trained and professional. I bank with three other banks and this Huntington branch is as good or better than any of the others. The reviewer MbFlatlander complained about branch errors in an email containing two glaring spelling errors. Check your mirror. Another reviewer described a discrepancy between the hours of operation on the website and the actual hours, supposedly "stenciled" on a door as "lies." Might be better described as an "error."

Polite staff, no matter if you go in for service or go thru the drive thru it's always quick service

I absolutely love this branch! I have been to many of the surrounding branches and this one has always 100 satisfied me with my business and personal accounts. This team works diligently to make sure your banking needs are met. During Covid they have made sure my business has access to all available programs offered by the state. I really cannot thank them enough. This is my branch that I will always come to for my business.

This bank offers many supportive options for starting an account. The employees are generally very friendly and personable. The interior is a bit devoid of decor which makes the lobby a bit unsettling. The drive up area is usually very busy during hours of operation, but the workers are fast and deal with customers quickly.

These people make up different rules every time I come here. Always do whatever they can to try to get me to open additional accounts. Then they mess up simple requests like cash check turns into a deposited check. Some people should stay in fast food.

I have been with FirstMerit since I first started working at 15. I went in to get information about a loan. Every person I came into contact with in the 30 minutes I spent there seemed completely uninterested and unwilling to provide some simple customer service. I was only asking for some guidance from the bank that Ive put my hard earned money into for years..the bank that I have a savings account with and have never overdrafted from. I keep a decent balance. They were terrible. When I left and got into my car I broke into tears. I am a young person trying to make it all on her own and those people made me feel so inadequate. A year later they are sending me letters to enroll into some investing program where I'm essentially giving them money....it went right in the trash. I was glad to see firstmerit was bought out. Hopefully most of the employees that I came into contact with that day get terminated.

The staff is great and always a good experience

I hate this bank. The customer service is terrible, they never have enough employees, and their hours are not even right on google. The drive through, like the bank, apparently closes at 12.

ghetto isnt the word for this bank. I dont know how corporate hasnt shut them down.
