Huntington Bank in Cleveland, Ohio

Terrible customer service, especially the Caucasian man, I ask a question and had a difference of opinion and I totally got dismissed and wasn't even notified that my transaction was complete. I will drive further away before I patronize this branch again. My next step is to take my business elsewhere

I've banked with KeyBank for years. I decided to open another bank account to have somewhere else to put money. Worse decision ever. The bank machine at this location never works. When you request a call back from the customer service line they make you jump thur many hoops before telling you there's nothing they can do try the machine again. In process of finding another bank right now.

Fast and friendly service is provided! Mr Peoples is always there to help and offer new services that are available and tailored to my situations. This is my FAVORITE branch!

Portia and Ciara are awesome. Bur the service manager has poor customer service and lacks professionalism. Literally almost arguing with a customer. When you are corny and lame by nature, it shows on and off the clock... Cant even get upset with nature.

Being that you can't go inside and only drive through lines are so long been waiting for 20 already are bank will close soon been trying to deposit rent in to landlord account but no luck

For sure one of the better banks in the area, the few times I over drew my account on accident they waved the fees for me. Very convenient having them inside giant eagle and the fact that they are open late is great too!!!

My mother has had an account at this bank for many years because her previous bank closed and merged with Huntington, and her account was transferred. When she reordered checks, they came back with the incorrect names on the account. She has always had her name and her son's name on the account since this account was transferred to Huntington after the merger. She brought checks back to have them fixed, and they said they couldn't put her son's name on the account because they needed him to sign a document. Her son lives about an hour or so away, and she asked if she could take the form and mail it to him and after he signed it, she would bring it back. The manager Corey Laws stated, that's fine but form has to be returned by the next day. Her son is not well and she does not have a way to scan and email the form. This woman is 81 years old, and this manager basically blew her off and did not care one thing about customer service. The other tellers and employees were very nice to my mother, but this Corey needs to be taken out of customer service. This error was on the part of the bank when the account was transferred from the previous bank, and this unhelpful individual decides not to help an elderly woman and tried to make her drive to her son's house in the snow an hour away to resolve the problem that was their fault in the first place. Horrible experience for an 81 year old woman. Horrible customer service by a manager. Horrible community relations by a manager. I could not help her as I live 600 miles away. It is a sad thing in this world when helping the elderly person is a hinderance and not an act of kindness. Shame on you Corey Laws.

Poor service for a teenager who just opened a bank account in was not helpful with a kid trying to deposit money. Bad attitude.

Visited here in a hurry, and everyone was kind, respectful, and helpful. Quick in and out, and good masking/spacing. Read a lot of negative reviews and almost didn't come here, so wanted to leave something that was more reflective of a good experience too for everyone looking. I have banked with Huntington for a long time now, and I have never had terrible customer service experiences.

Basically robots reading off scripts with 0 emotions and willingness to accommodate with even the smallest thing, terrible.

The building, located on Public Square in Downtown Cleveland reaches 45 stories and 658 feet high and holds 1.2 million square feet.

This is The Creepiest Bank in Ohio.... Lairs that Trick You to Say Your MOM's ADDRESS TALL SEMI attractive SUPER CREEP manager. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK... Goto Key Bank.... That's a True Honest Bank. STAY AWAY!!!!

Went into this branch this morning to set up a checking account with my daughter and had a great experience. Vanessa McGhee, our banker, was so efficient and friendly. Top notch!

Parking lot is filthy,full of trash,gives Huntington a bad name.

I come to this branch because it's the closest to handle banking for my business. Well since this Covid numbers are climbing they have closed all lobbies and you can only go to the drive thru and have been there multiple days trying to be ik n a good space in the line. I can't wait til this COVID IS OVER!!

I have been a customer of Huntington and various predecessor banks for 29 years. I am a fairly educated individual. After making a fairly routine deposit, two weeks later I got an urgent voicemail from an employee at this location. She left no details about why she was calling. Fearing the worst, I called back. She immediately told me that my accounts which are both free and date back to the 90s would start getting fees charged to them, as I did not maintain a 25,000 balance between them. Incredulous, I told her to send me the account agreements, and I informed her that she would not be charging any fees, as none were charged before and there is no support for it. She said it may have been an oversight on their part, and started to ramble on about the various accounts she could put me into likely generating some sales commission for her that would not generate fees. I refused, a bit more forcefully the second time, and told her to send me the agreements. About an hour later, I got an email from her reciting terms I'd never seen before, but no account agreement. I again reiterated my request, this time in writing. I was met with several emails chiding me for my "harshness" and "tone," when she was the one who cold-called me with no information, threatened to take my money without cause, and then failed to support her actions. She spent the rest of the afternoon repeatedly emailing me. This is deeply unprofessional, deceptive, sloppy, and inappropriate, especially in the midst of a pandemic. I will never return to this location.

ATM outside of bank is always down. Saturday afternoon I attempted to desposit money into my account in the middle of me doing a deposit the machine shut down. My card was taken and 30.00 of my money, I was not compensated call center workers were very rude and I was even lied to by a supervisor I was told I would receive my card back on Monday when the machine could be opened up, I wasted gas to go there today for them to let me know I won't receive my card until Tuesday when the brink truck comes. I have bills to pay and they obviously don't care. Still out of 30.00 of my money. I'd rather bank with Pnc or chase. Hunnington system is outdated please don't use this bank.
