Huntington Bank in Howell, Michigan

I do not specifically uses branch the people in the branch are fine but I do not recommend binging with Huntington whatsoever any time I've deposited a pay roll trick they do not present it to the other bank they put ahold on it for 7 days and then tell me that it didn't go through or that account doesn't exist or some why and yet I can see my employer's bank account because I do the payroll so I know the money's there and when it's not presented to our bank if it did bounce we would also get a fee and we don't get any fees and that never hit my account and then that's their way of getting more money out of me and I'm I'm really fed up not only have they screwed up like this it's messed up everything else in my life bills everything so thank you Huntington do not recommend I didn't even want to give one star

Exceptional staff who do their best. That is all anyone can ask. I don't think any banks are good at high levels of management. They are too far removed from the people they serve.

The people at the branch always treat me well I never have an issue they're always super nice super polite yes I will continue banking there my issue comes from something that's out of my control something someone gave me head bounced and due to that bouncy and even though I replenished my whole account with Cash Plus they decided there they have to review my account and told me not to pay any bills and less I drive to physically pay them or I have to call the fraud department with every card transaction which unfortunately I don't agree with nobody has time for that it makes me want to honestly bank elsewhere because that is ridiculous I wish that is something that could be changed and the need to change their policy

This bank is absolutely fantastic. I switched over to Huntington from chase a few years ago and I will never look back. The staff at this bank are extremely friendly and helpful with anything that you need. I will be shopping at the store they are located inside of and they will call me out by name just to say hi. Its a different kind of business, a kind of business more should stride to be like. I would 10/10 recommend this bank and branch to everyone I know because I know they will take care of you like they have me.

The staff is always friendly, smiling and super helpful. I have never had any issues in the year that I have banked with them. When using an ATM I am always on fearful, but since I started using the ATM in the store I feel really safe, even when the bank is closed the area is well lite.
